Add a Printer
Determine which printer you are attempting to connect to by looking at the printer, it should be labeled.
Click on the Start Button.
In the search bar type \\br-esx-ps01 and press enter or you can click on the hyperlink.
Your screen should show a list of printers, like in the picture down below, find the printer that matches the label you found in step one and double click it. They are named with location so for example
Aberdeen is – ABD
Harrisburg is - HBG
This added the printer to your Devices and Printers list. To see it as your default printer, to do this click on Start, select Devices and Printers, Right Click on the printer you want as your Default and click Set as Default.
