How to Enable Remote Desktop

Start by clicking the Start button then Right Clicking “Computer”. Now click on Properties.

Now, Make note of the full computer name. You will need this name when connecting from a remote location. Next, click on the Remote Settings link on the left side of the window.

Now click on the Remote tab. Select the option “Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop (less secure)”. Click OK and you are ready to connect remotely.
