Username is the name that is assigned in the phone system and is case sensitive. Usernames are generally First Name and Last Initial. For example, John Smith’s username would be “John S”. If that does not work, try removing the space between the First Name and Last Initial.
The password will be the last for digits of your office phone number.

The Telephone Login Code field is the password that was entered above. Please feel free to set your own personal code for security purposes.
There is a way to set up voicemail to email with a couple options as shown in the screenshot below. We do ask that if you decided to use voicemail to email, please put it on forward and not copy. Failing to set the Voicemail To Email Notification to forward will create storage issues for your voicemails as voicemails will remain on the phone system and your voice mailbox will become full.
To forward your calls from your office phone to your cell phone or home phone select the Forwarding tab on the left. Click the Forward Unconditional option to Yes. Enter your desired number in the Forward Number box. Note: you must put an 8 in front of your number so that the phone system can forward to an external number.
